An exciting position has become available in our Dusseldorf office, for a bi-lingual Team Assistant, fluent in German and English.

Goodman Masson launched our Düsseldorf office in 2013. We provide an excellent consulting and recruitment service to our clients and candidates across Finance and IT specialisms. After a record-breaking year, we are ready for our next phase of growth…we require a proactive team assistant to join our business and provide administration, diary management and HR support to our high performing team of managers and consultants.

The Role:

This is a newly created position to manage all administrative duties and office support for our Düsseldorf office. You will report into our Executive Assistant to the CEO, and you will work very closely with the Managing Director of Germany.

What are the role responsibilities?

To ensure the provision of comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Diary Management

To provide PA support to the Managing Director.

To collate and produce any documents needed for weekly/monthly meetings.

To prepare and submit credit card and cash expenses monthly for the team managers.

To organise team and events including breakfast meetings or lunches.

To maintain holiday and sickness records and ensure that sickness absence reporting procedures are followed by team members.

To create or modify, print and bind documents as requested by Managers and consultants, which may involve English/German translations.

To answer the telephone and distribute messages.

To carry out client and candidate coding projects through Itris and LinkedIn.

To help put together promotion panel presentations.

To prepare for new joiners to the team and manage all relevant HR documentation, including contracts of employment and ordering of company cars

Book all team travel and hotels

All other ad hoc duties.

The Profile:

Previous experience working as a team assistant is preferred.

A fluency in both German and English is required.

An excellent work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Organised, process driven and systematic in your approach to your work.

Resilience and the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.

A positive, can-do attitude and drive to deliver.

Microsoft Suite - intermediate/advance.
